The new version is published! Chrom Perfect® Spirit chromatography data systems now supports more hardware than ever. New Hardware Supported in 5.5

Team autosamplers together with one of our post analysis control devices to have a very flexible process control system with Chrom Perfect® Spirit at the heart of the system — INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION

Cobra Autosampler: Just because your instrument manufacturer doesn’t make an autosampler doesn’t mean sample injection can’t be automated. The Cobra autosampler is now available through Justice Laboratory Software. This universal autosampler uses serial (RS-232) communications and is controlled directly by our Sequencing software. You’ll have random access to vials and the ability to perform multiple same-sample injections. Kits are available for the 5890, 6890, and other GC and HPLC instruments.

Streamlines multiport valve control: Use a single instrument to analyze multiple liquid and gas streams. Control the valve and select streams randomly with our Sequencing software. Up to 31 streams can be controlled.

Analogue output to PLC devices: Analytical results can be converted to analogue or voltage outputs and sent to PLCs, thermal controllers, valves and other control devices.

Relay board support: Sound an alarm, blink a light, throw a switch with results-based relay control. Use ReportWrite Plus to produce and evaluate results for control of high power relays connected to devices outside the chromatography system.

Specify Alarm Checking in a ReportWrite Plus formatted report .

• Play a wave file or send an email if results are out-of-spec.

• Team with one of our output devices to actuate external valves and switches.

Automatically generate pdf files!

Use ReportWrite Plus to automatically generate a pdf file of your report. Simply check the “Send report to PDF file” box on the Misc. tab of your Format file. Makes sending and storing hard copy reports a thing of the past!

Email anyone, anywhere!

Configure the email server to automatically send selected data files based on instrument, operator, or both! The program CPAutoEMail.exe resides in the CPSpirit program directory.  Click on it to configure the Email Server!

Enhanced security, auditing, data management

CFR 21 Part 11 compliance is a front and centre issue for many laboratories today. Tools have been added to Chrom Perfect® Spirit version 5.5.0 chromatography data system to make it easier for laboratories to achieve compliance:

• File versioning Reason for change
• Log-on timeout Password management
• We also offer an out-of-the-box CFR 21 Part 11 compliant solution .

Our integrated Chrom Perfect® Spirit/ LIMS package acquires and manages data in a secure environment.
