New Analog Output Module
for Chrom Perfect
A new auxiliary software package for the Chrom Perfect Spirit
chromatography data system has been introduced. The Analog Output Module
processes the results of chromatography, and controls a hardware module,
which provides sixteen voltage or current output channels. These may be
used to control an outside process, based on the results of
chromatographic determinations.
How it Works
The Analog Output Module runs "on top of" the Acquisition program,
which is the usual Chrom Perfect Spirit acquisition interface. The
Analog Output Module does not control acquisition in any way, nor does
it monitor the instruments directly.
It automatically determine the number of instruments, the instrument
and channel names, and the data directory paths. Users may select one or
more instruments to monitor. If an instrument has more than one channel,
then the user may elect to monitor some or all channels.
Each acquisition channel is associated with a particular Calibration
file. The user may name the Calibration file and specify which
components will be monitored. Each monitored component is assigned to
one or another of the analog outputs. A component may be assigned to
more than one output channel, but each output channel monitors only one
component.
Justice Laboratory Software are pleased to announce support for the
latest version of the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system with version
6.02 of Chrom Perfect.
New powerful addition to Chrom Perfect
Report writing software
Chrom Perfect has always been recognized for easy of use and powerful
built in custom reports, however now with the advent of many more
4 channel instruments (Such as the Agilent 7890) Chrom Perfect now
supports data from all four detectors on a single report.
As with all Chrom Perfect reports, these can be easily
outputted to common file formats, PDF files or directly to be read
by a third party program or LIMS Software.
