12 Months of Free Support

Every Chromperfect license includes 12 months of complimentary support, covering:

Basic training for your designated ‘super user’ — the individual responsible for daily system operation and internal team support.

Technical assistance via phone, email, and remote support.

Free software upgrades provided via secure download link.

Extended Support

After the initial 12 months, customers can purchase an annual support agreement that includes:

Ongoing access to our technical support team.

All software upgrades released during the agreement period.

Priority support for critical systems used in production, QC, and R&D.

The option to request a time-locked emergency license to restore operations quickly after a PC failure.

Download access to the latest installation files.

Special offers on training, implementation, and hardware services.

Pay-As-You-Go Support

For customers who prefer not to purchase an annual plan:

  • Software upgrades can be bought individually as needed (e.g. for new features, instrument support, or OS compatibility).

  • Technical support is billed per incident, in 15-minute blocks. A credit card is required for this service.

To purchase an upgrade or request ad-hoc support, please provide your Chromperfect serial number when contacting our team.
