Support Policy

Versions 6 and earlier are no longer supported.

Version 8 remains supported, primarily for OEM partners.

All new licenses and standard upgrades are issued as Version 10.
License and Instrument Continuity
Each Chromperfect license retains its original instrument configuration during upgrade. If you are adding new instruments, let us know which license serial number they should be assigned to.
