Founded in 1982, Chromperfect is the longest-established independent chromatography data system (CDS) developer in the world. For over four decades, we’ve served laboratories across the pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, and energy industries with trusted, high-performance software.
What sets us apart is our independence. Unlike most CDS providers, Chromperfect is not owned by an instrument manufacturer. That means our focus is entirely on the needs of analytical labs — not on selling hardware.

Our Legacy
Chromperfect began in the earliest days of personal computing, launching its first DOS-based chromatography software in 1982. From there, we’ve continuously evolved — releasing one of the first Windows-compatible CDS platforms and supporting generations of labs through decades of technological change.
Over the years, we've worked closely with customers across industries to ensure that Chromperfect remains adaptable, scalable, and ready for the future. Version 10 marks our most significant leap forward: 64-bit performance, Windows 11 compatibility, and a completely modernized interface — while retaining the analytical power and flexibility our users rely on.
