Chapter 2.4 – Method vs Solution Files

A method file defines how data is acquired, processed, and reported, including acquisition parameters, integration settings, calibration, and output configuration. A solution file, on the other hand, acts as a container that groups together methods, calibration files, and related components to simplify workflow management and ensure consistency across multiple analyses.
